hours are from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Credit cards and traveler's checks are
widely accepted. Automatic teller machines are available in most of the

special documents are required. Marriage license papers must be
obtained, in person, at the Dept. of Health, Demographic Registry Office

from a physician in Puerto Rico. All information must be authenticated
at the Marriage License Bureau. Mon.-Fri. 9am-3pm (except holidays).
