Marriage license papers must be obtained, in person, at the Dept. of Health, Demographic Registry Office (171 Quisquella St., Hato Rey). A medical certificate must be obtained from a physician in Puerto Rico. All information must be authenticated at the Marriage License Bureau. Mon.-Fri. 9am-3pm (except holidays).
